Passively started studying Korean a few months ago, so I am looking to practice it (and/or French) to move to Korea/Canada after ^^ I've got plenty of hobbies and I love chatting with people; be it via texting or by calling. Hello!/Salut! My name is Melanie. I'm 22 years old born in New York to Romanian parents. I grew up learning English at school and Romanian at home. I am fluent in both but I would like conversationally continue practicing Romanian as my daily activities involve me speaking solely English and I don't want to lose my fluency in the language. In addition, I took Spanish for 7 years in middle and high school so I can speak it conversationally. I am slowly picking up Russian as well! I work as an emergency medical technician on an ambulance in addition to being a full time student. I'd like to be able to speak multiple languages with patients in addition to with friends. I think that culture can tie people together. I also work as a graphic designer remotely in Canada and am an avid hockey fan. :)
