I'm M28, a writer and translator who wants to improve my English-speaking skills. I have C2 in listening and reading (read 70 books in English for the past 3 years) but lack a practice of live conversations (it might be closer to C1 level maybe). As for my hobbies and some common ground that we might have, I mostly read fantasy/self-improvement/psychology books, play video games, and watch TV shows. We can discuss philosophy, linguistics, literature, cinematography, daily life, national differences, or any topic where the conversation will lead us naturally; that's what I'm actually aiming for—a natural exchange of thoughts and ideas.
I expect my language exchange partner to be at least 18+ years old (ideally 25+) and have enough skill to keep up with at least basic conversation, so our exchange would be as fair and equal as possible in both directions.
