My family immigrated from what is now Russia when I was teeny-tiny, but I grew up in the US and even did a very silly Master's degree in TESOL (=teaching English to speakers of other languages) before moving to Israel. So I really can help you with your English! Scout's honor.
I'm looking for people to chat with in either German or French. German is what I especially need to practice. I work as a technical translator (DE > EN,) but I haven't spoken or written in German in well over a decade. This is my shameful secret, and now you know.
