Hi there! My name is Nikita, and I'm a plant biologist. I was born and raised in Moscow but left the country after being detained for speaking out and participating in anti-war protests. Since then, I have lived in Uzbekistan, Poland, and Germany. Now, I live and work in North East England.

As a native Russian speaker, I'm happy to help you improve your language skills. I also want to improve my English conversation skills and engage in cultural exchange. In addition to science, I'm keen on biking and hiking and interested in languages, art, and literature, mostly Russian poetry (though I'm trying to enjoy English, too).
