I currently moved to Calgary from Japan and I donโt know anyone here. Iโd like to make friends but no one is just hanging out because itโs minus twenty degrees Celsius outside and freezing. So.. im hoping to find someone who I can talk to here๐คญ
I was a nurse in Japan for ten years and an assistant nurse in Sydney for a year in 2019. I worked at oncology department, cardiovascular department, dialysis and er. Nursing can be quite challenging sometimes but I find itโs also rewarding.
My hobbies are hiking, traveling, handcrafts and cafe exploration.

I will be living in Tokyo from late April until late July 2024. I would be interested in doing a language exchange but my Japanese is beginner-level. My preferred method is to just enjoy the occasional day hiking (Saturday or Sunday) and chatting along the way or meeting for a beer or coffee. My expectations for learning Japanese are limited to the basics but I can help you improve your English.
