שלום אני שרה Hi, I’m Sarah. I live in the United States with my husband, two cats, and one dog. I work as a java programmer, and I also know enough Japanese to get by. Hebrew is the language I am interested in learning now. I’m Catholic and started learning biblical Hebrew to be able to read the bible in its original language, but as I looked into tools to help learn, I realized I’m also very interested in modern Hebrew, and I’m having a lot of fun learning. As part of my language learning, I’ve been starting to keep up with the news in Israel and I want to know more about Jewish culture, what life is like in Israel, and someday I would like to visit. I can practice English and also some Japanese in exchange for Hebrew, but I’m still a beginner.
