First of all I want to mention that my country's name is The Republic of BELARUS, not Belarussia. The second name has not existed since 1991 actually. (UPD: Thank you, webpage, for changing it finally!)
So, I would be glad to give-and-get so to speak. I've been studying English for approximately 20 years, but I'm not sure that my knowlendge is relevant. There's still so much to learn. So yeah.
